At Webco, our Inside Sales Representatives are the heartbeat of our customer experience. In this role, you’ll manage key accounts, support sales growth, and ensure our customers receive the responsive, high-quality service we’re known for.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—responding quickly and professionally to inquiries
- Process and manage orders with accuracy, partnering with production and shipping teams
- Support outside sales by following up on leads and strengthening customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and proactive service
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, positive experience
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity in our CRM system
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, customer service, or an inside sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive mindset with a focus on solving problems and delivering results
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial products is a plus
