QC Technician

You will ensure product quality control and compliance, verifying that all production batches meet required standards before delivery. Reporting to the QA/QC supervisor, you'll involve in monitoring production data, conducting quality analysis, and supporting new product development, while maintaining accurate records and driving continuous improvement in QC processes. Also, you will promote EHS and 5S practices, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well‑organized production environment.

Responsibilities

• Control product quality to make sure all the products are good quality before delivery to customer.
• Review the history of production through system to make sure the quality of the old and new batch is same.
• Record daily quantities of good / not good products in QC notebook and input data into the system to ensure accurate documentation and traceability when needed.
• Request and review any changes of product standard with Tech Dept to make sure all powders meet customer requests.
• Oversee the downtime of Extruder and micronized machine to improve the productivity of production department.
• Promote the EHS environment in the organization. Follow and support EHS KPI.
• Improve QC accuracy with zero SSPL and complaint cause from QC miss interpretation on the result.
• Ensure the retain sample accuracy
• Coordinate and support new product development activity related to product quality. Coordinate with process engineers to achieve first lot control process
• Adopt quality protocol and support the activity related to QC process.
• You'll need to follow housekeeping and 5S per standard requirements.

Qualifications

• We require high school graduation and prefer chemical college.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing plant preferably in powder coating industry and QC function
• Responsible for the quality of every complete batch
• Responsible for the EHS and 5S in the work area
• Make decision on solving nonconformance products
