What you’ll do

• Organize the day-to-day responsibilities of digital marketing execution, from hands-on work to project management, holding yourself accountable for hitting goals and KPIs from the company;
• Create media plans and unfold it with our integrated marketing team;
• Manage and execute our Channels strategy focusing on maximizing efficiency and achieving company marketing Goals. Creating a digital communication plan for each channel and ICPs according to the current campaign objectives;
• Handle expectations internally, leadership and other stakeholders, regarding schedules, and budget;
• Understand and communicate changes to requirements or blockers to progres;
• Manage and optimize budget, as well tracking systems to provide transparency into overall Digital Results;
• Manage relationship & project plans with external vendors;
• Actively work on improving information sharing and process documentation;
• Communicate updates to the integrated marketing team about digital marketing execution and performance progress;
• Assist our Performance Marketing team with operational support, including submitting requisitions, handling major vendor registration, onboarding new systems, reviewing the execution with our media agency;
• Unfold Journey micro-moments / Generate ICPs and elaborate strategies for prospecting.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• Fluent English speaker
• +2/4 years experience in digital marketing (Bonus points for experience at a startup or high-growth company, media agency and/or Digital Retail/B2B experience)
• Self-starter with ability to execute independently
• Continuously seeking out opportunities to learn and improve
• Highly creative and able to formulate an outstanding vision for our communities and members
• Results-driven with ability to quickly solve sophisticated problems
• Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously,  balancing quality and speed
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
• Passion for excellence, results, and team collaboration!
• Excel knowledge of Paid Media, Web Analytics and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, among others)
• Knowledge of Media buying, programatics. CTV and OOH preferred, but not essential
• Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms and resources;
• Experience in real estate or technology preferred, but not essential
