Overview
The Maintenance Level 2 performs daily maintenance required to turn units, complete work orders, and conduct monthly preventative maintenance at the request of Property Manager. Responsibilities include basic knowledge in all apartment maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning/repair, drywall repair, carpentry, glass repair, appliances, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and concrete/tile. The role involves performing work orders in a timely manner, verifying room readiness, and maintaining OSHA compliance. Requires 3+ years of maintenance experience and own maintenance tools.
