Overview
The Maintenance Level 2 performs daily maintenance required to turn units, complete work orders, and conduct monthly preventative maintenance as requested by the Property Manager. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpet repair, drywall repair, carpentry, glass repair, appliances, HVAC, and grounds maintenance. The role requires basic knowledge in all apartment maintenance areas, ability to perform work orders promptly, and maintaining OSHA compliance. Candidates must have at least 3 years of maintenance engineering experience, own tools, and be legally authorized to work.
