YOUR MISSION:
The Client Experience Intern will support in the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives to cultivate customer loyalty.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain experience in client engagement, luxury hospitality, event coordination, and international project management within a global luxury environment.
Working closely with regional teams and different departments, the intern contributes to delivering an excellent client experiences while ensuring a seamless logistical coordination with the different regional teams ahead of each event.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the coordination and organization of exclusive client visits to Our Delvaux Atelier at l'Arsenal;
Coordinate travel and hospitality arrangements for clients visiting Belgium, including accommodation, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other logistical aspects;
Assist in the planning and execution of client events in Belgium and internationally, in collaboration with regional teams;
Contribute to the development of the VIC hospitality strategy, supporting initiatives by delivering exceptional and memorable client experiences.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You will experience success with us by:
Bringing your relevant academic background (Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Luxury Management, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields);
Demonstrating strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail;
Collaborating effectively as a team player across departments;
Possessing a keen sense for luxury, client experience, and hospitality;
Utilizing your proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and general systems;
Communicating clearly and effectively, both written and verbally;
Maintaining a proactive and positive attitude;
Being available to start in September 2026 with a compulsory internship agreement (unpaid).
