Ready to make a meaningful impact while supporting student success? Cross Country Education is seeking dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for full-time and part-time opportunities in the Naples and Immokalee, FL areas during the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
- Provide high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to a diverse K–12 student caseload.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders while supporting students' academic success and functional communication.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (DOH/DOE)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
- Ability to provide in-person services and adapt to school-day schedules across educational settings
