With a strong focus on technology, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we are committed to delivering reliable solutions for our customers while providing meaningful career opportunities for our employees.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Partner to join our team. In this role, you will partner with managers and employees to support HR needs and enable strong people practices across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement, and HR operational effectiveness.

The HR Partner will support a Georgia-based client group and will also partner with leaders and teams across North America as business needs evolve. Occasional travel may be required to support employees, managers, business priorities, and HR initiatives.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with managers to provide practical, business-oriented HR guidance and support.
  • Manage employee life-cycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, internal transfers, and offboarding support.
  • Coach managers on feedback, documentation, employee relations, and talent management best practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen the employee experience, team connection, and HR operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with regional and global HR teams on compensation, benefits-related questions, HR programs, and process alignment, as needed.
  • Support compliance with applicable U.S. employment laws, state employment requirements, and company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects designed to improve processes, tools, practices, and the overall manager and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment support, internal mobility, new-hire readiness, and workforce planning activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Guide employees and managers on self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, and policy interpretation to promote accountability and autonomy.
  • Perform other HR duties and project work as business needs require.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
  • 5 to 7 years of HR experience in a similar HR Partner, HR Generalist, or employee-facing HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR fundamentals; familiarity with Georgia employment requirements is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information with sound judgment, and follow through with professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate information into practical recommendations.
  • Experience supporting operational, technical, service, or multi-site client groups is an asset.
  • Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS is an asset.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is an asset.

What We Are Looking For

  • A trusted HR partner who builds credibility with managers and employees through clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through.
  • A collaborative team member who enjoys working in a warm, hands-on, and fast-moving environment.
  • Someone who is comfortable balancing operational execution with proactive coaching and continuous improvement.
  • A person who brings curiosity, discretion, empathy, and a practical mindset to employee and business challenges.

Travel:

  • This role requires up to 15% travel domestically and internationally.

Other Duties:

  • Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
