Sales Representative

Pay: Commission/incentive based. Range of $60k-$80K annually.

Schedule: To be successful in this role, you will need to be available to work a flexible schedule. This flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This position is located onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the General Sales Manager.

Department Hours: 8:30 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 9 am to 3 pm on Sunday.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing Subaru team.

What You'll Do

• Help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and valuable experiences for our customers.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options.
• Align with company programs and benchmarks. Champion one another's growth to achieve more together.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Stay up to date on Subaru models, features, and promotions.
• Exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• We prefer a candidate with car sales experience but may consider one with relative experience.
• You will focus on customers and commit to providing top-tier customer service.
• Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry.
• A desire to produce and be part of a high-output team
• Confidence in upselling product.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $60k to $80k which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
