About Business Unit:
The Customer Success team spearheads Epsilon's efforts to drive client adoption of our platforms and deliver measurable business value from investments made. The team works with key decision-makers on the client-side to Dicover emerging needs and advises on ways in which Epsilon's platform suite can help. Our efforts are focused on driving higher customer satisfaction, revenue retention and the creation of growth opportunities within existing clients.
About The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to partner closely with client-facing Client Success leads to drive data-driven insights across Epsilon client engagements, particularly in the Loyalty and Customer Data Platform (CDP) space.
This role focuses on deep analytical exploration of client data to uncover opportunities for improving loyalty programs, CRM effectiveness, and overall customer lifecycle performance. The analyst will translate complex data into actionable insights that directly align with Epsilon’s capabilities and drive measurable business outcomes.
In addition, the role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated reporting frameworks to track topline account performance and enable proactive, insight-led client conversations.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Success leads to perform deep, data-driven analysis of client accounts in the loyalty and CDP domain
- Find opportunities to optimize client loyalty programs, CRM strategies, and customer lifecycle performance
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics across accounts
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Conduct hypothesis testing and validate statistically significant findings
- Translate analytical outputs into compelling data stories tailored for diverse stakeholder groups
- Build visually impactful dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner
- Leverage Epsilon capabilities to connect insights with business solutions
- Work with large datasets using modern platforms like DataBricks, BigQuery, Redshift
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with DataBricks, BigQuery, Redshift
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- Storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate to technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of marketing metrics and customer lifecycle
Educational Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in marketing or loyalty analytics
