As an Inside Sales Specialist II at ICON, you will drive sales initiatives, building relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
What You Will Do:
You will take responsibility for sales and revenue operations deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to support sales efforts.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant sales and revenue operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the CRAs and Pharmas
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient English
Japanese speaking will be plus.
