Workplace & Office Operations Coordinator
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Then we have a great opportunity for you as a Workplace & Office Operations Coordinator within our Nordic organisation, based in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be the heart of our office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient and welcoming workplace for employees, visitors and business partners alike.
You'll play a key role in supporting our Country Head, leadership team and colleagues across the Nordics, while coordinating office administration, facilities, logistics and employee services. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic international environment.
Please note that we will only consider applicants who are fluent in Danish for this role.
You will:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Copenhagen office, ensuring a smooth and professional workplace experience.
- Provide administrative support to the Country Head, senior management and the wider Nordic organisation.
- Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact for employees, guests and external partners.
- Coordinate reception activities, meeting rooms, mail handling and courier services.
- Manage office supplies, procurement requests, purchase orders and invoice administration.
- Support workplace facilities by coordinating with building management, cleaning services and external suppliers.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including workplace setup, access cards and employee services.
- Coordinate catering, internal meetings, company events and employee engagement activities.
- Manage warehouse operations, product shipments, customs documentation and logistics across the Nordic region.
- Maintain inventory records and support product handling, storage and equipment returns.
- Help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming office environment while continuously improving administrative processes.
You will bring:
- Experience in office management, administration, workplace coordination or a similar operational role.
- Experience working in an international corporate environment is considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, service-minded approach and a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact across all levels of the business.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with procurement or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Danish is required.
