HR Business Partner - IT

What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Digitalization and the IT Management Team on all matters related to people, organizational structure, and leadership.
• Own and drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.
• Proactively ensure the right resources with the required skills are identified, assessed, selected, and recruited to support Nexperia’s business needs.
• Own, manage, and accurately report workforce planning activities for assigned businesses and the broader operations organization.
• Lead and execute transformation and change initiatives within the assigned business areas.
• Leverage HR metrics and analytics to enable fact-based decision-making.
• Stay informed of emerging HR trends and practices and identify opportunities to apply them to benefit the organization.
   

What you will need

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience within a multinational company (MNC), preferably in an industrial environment.
• Proven ability to influence and engage leaders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team and managing relationships across all organizational levels.
• Operationally efficient, strategically credible, and recognized as a highly competent and trustworthy HR professional.
• Ability to anticipate and respond to business needs proactively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes in a way that promotes alignment and reduces conflict.
• Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to delivering business-focused HR solutions.
• Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to lead discussions, generate ideas, and pursue opportunities that support company objectives.
• Comfortable operating in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on, work under pressure, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust plans and approaches while considering cultural differences.
• Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
