Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust production pipelines, whether hosted on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer actively works on implementing generative AI models and may engage in diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational excellence is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and practical AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI models using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- In-depth understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Hands-on expertise with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design scalable and production-ready AI pipelines integrating various AI tools and services.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
