The Customer Support Specialist delivers exceptional service by assisting customers through voice, email, and chat channels. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, an excellent communicator, and capable of resolving complex inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional support through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to banking and financial products.
• Research customer accounts and provide accurate solutions.
• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 or specialized teams when appropriate.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay current on company products, services, and internal processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

Required

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

• Banking, fintech, or financial services experience.
• Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM platforms.
• Voice, email, and chat support experience.
