Description
Our client is a leading global engineering, mining, and industrial services company with a strong presence across multiple regions. They are recognized for delivering innovative engineering solutions, large-scale project execution, and digital transformation initiatives across the resources, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join their enterprise technology team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP solutions using SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori/UI5.
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and programs to support business requirements.
- Build and maintain SAP Fiori applications that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop integrations between SAP and third-party systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects across SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide application support, troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer in enterprise SAP environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SAP ABAP Development
- SAP Fiori/UI5
- JavaScript
- SAP S/4HANA
- Experience developing custom SAP reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and enhancements.
- Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Build Process Automation or Workflow Management.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including OData, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
- Experience with Eclipse-based ABAP Development Tools (ADT), SAP HANA Studio, SAP CPM, or PS modules is a plus.
- SAP certification in ABAP, Fiori, or related SAP technologies is highly preferred.
