OM Digital Solutions is looking for a motivated and well-organized Digital Transformation Project Manager with a background in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Technology.

Join OM Digital Solutions as a Digital Transformation Project Manager and play a key role in supporting and driving strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.

 

What you'll do:

• Support key transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, digital commerce implementation, and other business systems projects.
• Work closely with the IT Manager, business stakeholders, external partners, and regional/global teams to support project delivery, process improvement, and digital adoption.
• Support the PMO and organization-wide project portfolio management activities under the guidance of the IT Governance team.
• Help maintain project visibility through reporting, governance routines, portfolio tracking, and follow-up across key initiatives.

What you’ll need:

Experience and Education

• Degree or academic background in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, IT project management, business systems support, digital transformation, business analysis, PMO support, or a related role.
• Exposure to ERP, digital commerce, e-commerce, CRM, business applications, or process improvement projects.
• Experience supporting project tracking, reporting, dashboards, meeting preparation, governance routines, or PMO processes is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional, regional, or international teams is a plus.
• Interest in using AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and project execution is a plus.
• Strong interest in developing within digital transformation, project management, and IT governance.

 

Technical and Business Knowledge

• Understanding of business systems and related processes such as sales, finance, procurement, inventory, logistics, customer service, or order management.
• Awareness of ERP and digital commerce concepts, including online ordering, product information, pricing, customer experience, integrations, and fulfillment workflows.
• Basic understanding of project management and PMO concepts, including planning, milestones, risks, actions, dependencies, reporting, governance, and portfolio tracking.
• Familiarity with testing, user acceptance testing, training coordination, go-live preparation, or post-go-live support is a plus.
• Comfortable using project management, collaboration, reporting, documentation, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

• Willing to learn, ask questions, and apply guidance from the IT Manager and IT Governance team.
