Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
Job Summary
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is the financial business partner for the Lab commercial team. This job is responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and associated ad-hoc requests as necessary.
Responsibilities
Leads financial reporting for both the US for the Lab Business unit, including reviewing the preparation and presentation of management reports and/or corporate reporting requirements, to ensure integrity of information and keep management updated on key information
Models deal profitability for potential partnerships and contracts
Forecasts financial measures such as expected margin and profitability for the assigned business area
Lead monthly close, quarterly forecasting, annual budget, and multi-year SFP processes
Serve as an advocate & business partner to the Lab leadership (VP and Directors) and broader team
Recommends strategies and input to strategies regarding the financial aspect
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
Ensures employees operate within guidelines

Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects

Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - $150,100
