Role Summary
The Digital Production Designer Co-op supports the creation, management, and publishing of website content using Contentful, a content management system. This role is designed for a student co-op and offers hands-on experience working with modern web technologies, cross-functional teams, and real-world digital content workflows.
Role Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Assist with creating, editing, and publishing web content in ContentfulUpdate existing pages and components following brand and content guidelinesSupport content launches, campaign updates, and scheduled releasesPerform content quality assurance (QA), including checking formatting, links, metadata, and accessibility basicsCollaborate with marketing, design, and development teams on content updatesLearn and follow content workflows, approval processes, and governance standards
Role Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university co-op program (communications, marketing, web development, graphic design, UX, digital media, or related field)Strong written communication and attention to detailInterest in web content, digital publishing, or UXBasic understanding of web concepts (HTML, CMS, websites)Ability to learn new tools quickly and follow structured processes
