Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
What are you accountable for:
- The Head of Federal Government Sales is responsible for driving Sales performance and profit and loss of the key Government accounts & Statutory bodies within Enterprise Business Segment. These Accounts are defined as the key Government agencies in Malaysia based on both their revenue potential to Maxis & size of organisation.
- This leadership position will drive the design and implementation of sales strategy and align value proposition to match segment client needs across all facets of the Maxis enterprise service portfolio (Mobile/Fixed, unified communications, Cloud, Managed services, Data Analytics).
What you need for the role:
- Strong sales leader who has track record in managing the consistent high performing sales results through high disciplines, motivation and goal alignments.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any relevant field of studies
- Minimum 15 years of working experience with people management exposure
- Good exposure with public sector clients is an advantage
