Overview
As Picogrid's first Head of Government Affairs, you'll own the company's entire relationship with Washington DC, from Capitol Hill to the Pentagon. Responsibilities include building and executing a government affairs strategy that accelerates access to defense programs, shapes policy in unmanned systems and C2 space, and ensures policymakers understand autonomous systems' importance. You'll work directly with leadership to translate technology into policy wins, build the in-house function from scratch, and represent the company externally at key industry events and hearings. The role requires deep defense policy expertise, executive presence, and the ability to operate as a high-ownership individual contributor.
