Champion sales excellence initiatives, process optimization, and change management efforts to improve commercial effectiveness.
Drive the deployment and adoption of global sales tools, standards, and ways of working, ensuring consistency across Areas.
Leverage performance data and analytics to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Support sales capability development through training, enablement programs, and sharing of best practices.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Product, Sales, and other key stakeholders to drive alignment and execution across the region.

Extensive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or related commercial leadership roles.
Strong understanding of sales performance management, forecasting, pipeline governance, target setting, and commercial planning.
Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across functions, geographies, and cultures.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear business actions and recommendations.
Experience leading transformation, change, and continuous improvement initiatives within complex matrix organizations.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Comfortable providing constructive challenge and acting as a strategic partner to senior commercial leaders.
Why Join Us?
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how commercial performance is managed across the region.
