Your Main Responsibilities

• Own and improve company operations by building scalable processes, templates, and workflows that keep ISPTech running efficiently as it grows, such as ERP and CRM system
• Manage employee contracts and payroll in coordination with external legal counsel where needed.
• Drive procurement, logistics, shipping, and export operations.
• Support commercial and finance activities through proposal coordination, contract administration, vendor management, invoicing support, cost tracking, and operational reporting.
• Take responsibility for internal IT and facilities, including employee onboarding and offboarding, device and software management, office infrastructure, and workplace operations.
• Develop automations and operational tools that eliminate repetitive work, increase team productivity, and enable Commercial, Engineering, and Management by providing them tools they need.

Your Qualification

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, office management, operations coordination, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in business or industrial engineering
• A highly organised self-starter who enjoys moving between legal, procurement, commercial, IT, and administrative topics.
• Someone who combines scrappy execution with operational excellence—comfortable finding practical solutions with limited resources while maintaining high standards.
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently manage processes, documentation, and projects from start to finish.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and pragmatic, to know when precision matters and when speed matters.
• Fluent in English and excited to help build structure, systems, and automation in a fast-growing, international space company.
