Description
Mission Brief
As a Senior L&D Specialist at Isar Aerospace, you'll own learning and culture programs end to end and run them with real independence — from needs analysis and design through delivery, evaluation, and iteration. You'll manage senior stakeholders on your own, mentor more junior colleagues, and set the quality bar for how we develop people as we scale. This role reports to the VP Talent.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Own programs, not tasks. Lead the full learning cycle on the initiatives you're given: needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and refinement.
- Own flagship programs. Design and run leadership development, onboarding, career paths and development frameworks, and our recognition and inclusion initiatives.
- Embed our values. Partner with teams across the company to turn cultural values into everyday behaviors, and work with internal communications to craft the narratives around culture and development.
- Advise senior stakeholders. Work directly with leaders and HR BPs on development, performance, succession, and internal talent pipelines — including pushing back when it matters.
- Own the learning ecosystem. Manage and optimize our LMS and digital learning tools so learning is easy to find, use, and measure.
- Turn data into action. Analyze engagement and learning data, then recommend and drive the action plans that improve retention and experience.
- Connect the lifecycle. Work with HR BPs and product teams to integrate learning into hiring, performance, promotion, and growth.
- Facilitate collaboration. Run workshops and cross‑functional knowledge sharing that turn discussion into commitment.
- Mentor. Support more junior colleagues and raise the standard of instructional design and facilitation around you.
Qualification Checklist
- Degree in economics, psychology, HR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, culture, or organizational development.
- Demonstrated ownership: you've taken programs from a blank page to delivery and seen them through to results.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management — including managing senior stakeholders independently.
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs, with a solid grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and e‑learning tools.
- Analytical confidence: able to work through moderately complex problems and translate data into a recommendation leaders will act on.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset.
