We are a 1,000-piece puzzle. Each of us is essential, interconnected, and intentionally designed. Together we create something powerful: media that matters, growth that lasts, and a culture we are proud to build.

As part of our Media Operations team, The Enablers of Precision, you help ensure every media investment is supported by accurate data, reliable processes, and seamless execution. This team powers the operational foundation behind successful campaigns, turning details into confidence and creating the accountability that allows smarter decisions to happen. Your work helps connect strategy, activation, and optimization so every signal sharpens the next decision.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Associate, Media Operations, you'll build a strong foundation in media operations while supporting the processes that keep campaigns organized, accurate, and accountable. You'll learn core prelog and postlog workflows, contribute to data integrity efforts, and collaborate with teammates to ensure media activity is tracked and reconciled accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of media prelog and postlog data.
  • Audit station reports and media logs to identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential issues requiring follow-up.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data within agency systems, including FileMaker and MediaPro.
  • Update and manage internal trackers, shared databases, and Google Drive documentation.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with reconciliation efforts and help resolve reporting discrepancies.
  • Support team coverage during peak workloads and shifting deadlines.
  • Learn and apply agency media operations processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Partner with colleagues across Activation, Planning, Finance, and Client Services to ensure operational accuracy and transparency.

Prelog Responsibilities

  • Review upcoming media schedules and identify potential discrepancies before spots air.
  • Validate scheduling information and assist with issue resolution prior to campaign launch.

Postlog Responsibilities

  • Review aired media activity for completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify DNR confirmations and assist with missing log follow-up.
  • Support reconciliation processes and reporting readiness.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience & Technical Expertise

  • 0 to 1 year of professional experience in media, operations, analytics, administration, or a related field.
  • Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
  • Interest in developing advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive processes while maintaining accuracy.
  • Comfort working with large data sets and operational systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.
  • Exposure to media, advertising, marketing, analytics, or operations environments is a plus.

Capabilities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies and investigate data discrepancies.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals.
  • Learning agility and curiosity about media operations and technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

WHO WE ARE

We’re a media agency built for brands that value intention.

At Attention Arc, we combine deliberate media craft with technology designed to amplify it. We build trusted partnerships so every decision stays aligned with what matters most. Media doesn’t fail because of technology. It fails when intention is missing.

That’s why we exist.

To restore intention to media.

At 160 people across four offices in Phoenix, Durham, Irvington, and New York City, we occupy a deliberate sweet spot: big enough to handle major brands and complex business, nimble enough to actually move, make decisions, and drive impact. No unnecessary layers. No slow-moving bureaucracy. Just sharp thinking, fast execution, and human-led, tech-accelerated scale.

Our culture is shaped by our values:

  • All In — we show up with intensity and ownership
  • No Sidelines — we collaborate without ego or boundaries
  • Move With Curiosity — we ask why, explore boldly, and learn fast
  • Truth With Heart — we communicate with honesty and empathy

OUR COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION

At Attention Arc, we believe people do their best work when they feel they belong.

Inclusion isn’t just about representation, it’s about creating an environment where people feel seen, supported, and comfortable showing up as themselves.

We value different lived experiences and perspectives and actively create space for those voices to shape our work. We’re committed to building an agency where everyone has a genuine seat at the table and is trusted to step in and contribute, fostering collaboration, encouraging curiosity, and creating opportunities for people to take ownership and make an impact.

Because when people feel heard, respected, and confident to step forward, we all move forward together.
