## What you’ll do:
Job summary
Responsible for supporting the HR Manager in the execution of the HR strategy and supervising key HR processes for the Juarez plant, including employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and HR metrics. Leads and develops the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR programs, compliance with company policies and labor requirements, and timely support to employees and managers.

Job responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR processes and timely support to employees and managers.
- Lead, coach and develop HR team members, establishing clear responsibilities, priorities and performance expectations.
- Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with plant and business objectives.
- Lead employee initiatives related to communication, recognition, performance management, employee involvement and engagement.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and practices, ensuring consistent application and legal compliance.
- Supervise employee relations activities and support the resolution of employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding and integration processes, ensuring staffing requirements are met according to business needs.
- Coordinate and monitor the monthly and annual training plan, including new employee orientation, leadership development and other key training initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, retention, attendance, absenteeism, vacancies and training completion, identifying trends and coordinating corrective actions when necessary.
- Support talent management initiatives focused on attracting, developing and retaining talent.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up and integration of new employees during the onboarding period.
- Provide support to US and Mexico national employees as required.
- Ensure HR processes, documentation and practices comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
- Lead or support special HR projects assigned by the HR Manager.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead employee initiatives such as Eaton Philosophy Work Practices.
## Qualifications:
Education level
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Years and area of experience
+3 years experience in Human Resources.
Technical knowledge
Conversational English skills. (English/Spanish).
Strong leadership, coaching & influence management skills.
Superior knowledge of the HR function and significant experience with organizational effectiveness.
Knowledge of US & Mexican Labor Law preferred.
