Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Westchester, NY Office. We are seeking an applicant with an enthusiastic, positive disposition and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:
- Qualified applicant will be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
- Prior law office experience and/or paralegal experience is preferred
- Professional manner, punctuality and reliability are essential
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Ability to write and speak clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook and PDF editing software
- Ability to learn quickly, assess situations and make solid judgments
- Candidate must be self-motivated, with ability to work independently
- Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress
- Excellent phone and people skills are required, and
- Ability to work in a small team environment
The yearly salary range is between $48,000-$100,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
