Position Summary:
The I2C (Invoice-to-Cash) Global Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the operational execution of the I2C process across designated global delivery hubs. This leader ensures consistent, accurate, efficient, and compliant execution of billing, credit, collections, cash application, and dispute management activities. The Lead partners closely with the I2C Global Process Owner (GPO), Controllership, FP&A, IT, and commercial teams to standardize operations, drive continuous improvement, and deliver strong KPI performance.
This position reports to the Sr. Director, Finance GPO & Delivery and will be based in Prague (Czech Republic) or Brea, CA (US).
Global Process Delivery Leadership
- Lead the global delivery teams for Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) ensuring adherence to global process standards, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Implement delivery standards, SLAs, KPIs, and service management frameworks used to measure value, process excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure stable and efficient execution of the I2C lifecycle: billing, credit review, collections, cash application, dispute/resolution management, and customer master data workflows.
- Ensure delivery teams meet operational benchmarks aligned with GPO-defined standards.
- Coordinate activities across global delivery hubs in Costa Rica, Czech Republic, and other locations, as aligned with the global delivery model.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure consistent compliance with I2C policies, SOX requirements, US GAAP, and other internal controls.
- Drive global simplification, digitalization, automation, and standardization across the I2C process.
- Lead root cause analyses for operational issues demonstrated in recurring sustainment meetings.
- Maintain standardized trackers, issue logs, and action plans used in sustainment forums.
- Partner with GPOs to translate process design improvements into operational execution.
Cross Functional Alignment & Governance
- Govern the alignment between GPO standards and finance delivery teams.
- Ensure controls and compliance mechanisms (US GAAP, SOX, corporate accounting policies) are consistently applied in all delivery hubs.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, FP&A, Tax, Controllership, Treasury, and Other Global Delivery teams to ensure high quality service execution and consistent upstream/downstream alignment.
- Collaborate with IT on system stability, integrations, issue triage, and delivery critical ERP workflows.
- Govern adherence to service management frameworks and escalate exceptions to appropriate stakeholders.
Performance Management & Team Leadership
- Lead and develop high performing I2C global delivery teams, leveraging coaching, capability building, and structured succession planning.
- Establish and maintain operational cadence including performance dashboards, productivity reviews, and SLA adherence.
- Build and maintain a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Order-to-Cash / Invoice-to-Cash operations, shared services, finance, or customer facing billing/collections environments
- Experience in multinational corporate environments required, including prior experience in a GPO model.
- Demonstrated track record of driving finance transformation, process redesign, and system optimization.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage global or regional stakeholders.
- Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with automation, RPA, workflow tools, and analytics.
