Responsibilites:
The purpose of the Project Director is to successfully lead, shape and deliver large scale complex change relating to Hong Kong Office Portfolio.
TheProject Director needs to be an energized, ambitious and high performing change leader who operates at the highest levels of professional capability in the banking or professional services industries:

- Smart – be a fast learning problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity

The role holder is expected to be a lead execution of key projects across our client's workplace portfolio in Hong Kong, which includes digitization initiatives. The role holder will work closely with senior business and functional stakeholders and by identifying opportunities, constructively challenging conventional thinking, ensuring the delivery of the work place experience for a seamless transition.
They will also work with workplace construction project, occupancy planning, facilities management to prioritise and drive the execution of their change needs with a focus on delivering the desired colleague experience, operational, and financial outcomes.
The role holder is accountable for making complex decisions, delivering high value workplace initiatives, and creating an environment for that provide a seamless workplace transformation for the bank.
The role holder will need to be conversant with all facets of the change process including co-creating business cases and justification for initiatives, initiation of change, designing an approach and plan, designing the solution and its impact on the operating model, programme management, business analysis, change adoption and implementation needs, as well as ensuring outcomes and benefits materialize.
They will need to be well informed about emerging technology and innovation, and how this can be applied to solve challenges and improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the bank, and customer and colleague experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field or commensurate practical experience
- Outstanding knowledge of end-to-end change disciplines – functionally, operationally and financially
- A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
- Outstanding understanding of clients' structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectives
- Proven ability in successfully identifying, designing and implementing large-scale, complex change initiatives
- Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives
- Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse work environments
- Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, including being able to contextualize data into business activities and conclusions
- Successful experience in building an effective leadership team
- Outstanding relationship management and influencing skills
- The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives
- Ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills in order to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities
