Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage customer orders throughout the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Process domestic, export, and consignment orders, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and order follow-up through delivery
• Coordinate customer complaints, service cases, and order-related issues while driving timely resolution
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, accurate, and timely manner
• Process credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders and customer claims
• Build strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence
• Collaborate with Planning, Sales, Logistics, Export, Billing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful order execution
• Support process optimization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within the Order-to-Cash process
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Customer Service, Order Management, or related business-to-business environments
• Knowledge of domestic and international trade processes
• Experience managing customer orders and customer-facing activities within a business environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with SAP and customer order management systems
• Fluent business English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple organizational levels
• Highly collaborative mindset, cross-cultural awareness, and ability to perform in dynamic environments

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience supporting multinational customers or regional customer portfolios
• Knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms, and international supply chain processes
• Experience contributing to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives within Customer Service or Supply Chain environments
