Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager on the Realize Product team in our Tel Aviv Office, you’ll play a vital role in driving advertiser success by optimizing bidding logic, performance prediction systems, and marketplace dynamics at scale. You will define how thousands of global advertisers achieve measurable ROI on our core performance advertising platform. By partnering closely with Data Science and R&D, you’ll turn complex algorithms into breakthrough product capabilities that bridge advertiser demand with publisher supply.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience driving complex, data-intensive products from concept to launch with measurable impact
• Strong technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical optimization, and predictive modeling concepts
• Hands-on experience analyzing large-scale performance data to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Proven track record of translating complex technical capabilities and algorithms into scalable product solutions
• Practical experience designing, running, and interpreting large-scale A/B tests to validate product hypotheses

Bonus points if you have:

• AdTech background with experience in bidding systems, serving logic, or performance optimization platforms
• Degree in Economics or a related quantitative field with a strong grasp of supply and demand marketplace dynamics

How you’ll make an impact:

• Leverage data and performance analytics to build breakthrough product capabilities that directly drive advertiser ROI and conversion rates.
• Optimize serving logic, bidding algorithms, and performance prediction systems to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional execution with R&D, Data Science, and Product Analytics to build and launch high-impact features.
• Design and interpret large-scale A/B tests to uncover actionable insights, validate hypotheses, and guide data-driven product evolution.
• Partner closely with Business and Client teams to understand market needs and build solutions that maximize customer success.
• Shape marketplace health by balancing advertiser ROI with publisher supply across our global network.
