Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Leader for a consultancy mission at a client site. The candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale strategic IT projects within the Life Information Systems division, focusing on underwriting applications and claims management systems. This role requires interaction with senior business and IT stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize project governance, including stakeholder management and communication plans.
- Manage and challenge business requirements to determine project scope.
- Coordinate architecture activities and outputs with architects.
- Set up project budget and roadmap, including detailed work package estimations.
- Follow progress of developments and report on various project metrics.
- Anticipate risks and issues, proposing actions to mitigate them.
- Communicate proactively with all project stakeholders.
- Stimulate project teams to encourage collaboration and skill development.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 10+ years of confirmed experience in managing IT projects, particularly on the application side.
- Experience with projects exceeding 1000 Mandays.
- Insurance service experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Prince-2 project management methodology and waterfall methodology.
Language Requirements:
- English: Good speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Dutch and French: Good speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferable.
