Events Customer Visits and Trade Shows
- Plan and execute leadership offsites, team events, and customer visits from initial plan through on-site delivery.
- Lead travel and logistics for major trade shows and industry events, including meeting-room booking, room planning, travel coordination, schedules, materials, and demo support.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to create prepared, professional experiences for leaders, customers, partners, and teams.
Workflow Improvement
- Identify practical opportunities to reduce friction and make planning, communication, and follow-through easier, faster, and more reliable.
- Bring structure without creating unnecessary process. Focus on solutions that reduce friction and help the business move forward.

- 5+ years experience directly supporting VP or SVP level leadership in a fast-moving, complex organization.
- Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, executive expenses, and multi-stakeholder event logistics.
- Experience planning leadership offsites, customer visits, and major external events or trade shows is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare clear agendas, meeting materials, briefings, and follow-up communications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Comfort using AI-enabled productivity tools and automation responsibly to improve workflow quality, speed, and consistency.
