Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking For
As a Human Resources Coordinator at Modern Litho, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department and the employees we serve. This position provides administrative and operational support across a variety of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee records, reporting, recruiting, and employee communications.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Because this role regularly works with employee, payroll, compensation, and benefits information, professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality are essential.
From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process
- Maintain accurate and current employee records, personnel files, HR databases, and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, forms, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring interview logistics are handled efficiently.
- Assist with new-hire processing and onboarding, including preparing paperwork, entering employee information, maintaining required documentation, and coordinating orientation activities.
- Assist with employee file audits and the collection of information for regulatory and company audits.
- Assist with performance review documentation and tracking.
- Prepare employee correspondence, forms, and HR-related communications.
- Assist employees and management with routine questions regarding HR policies, procedures, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and company programs.
- Assist with employee recognition programs, company events, training activities, wellness initiatives, and other HR programs.
- Process employee changes, including pay changes, position changes, transfers, benefit changes, and terminations.
- Assist with employee benefit enrollment, changes, documentation, and routine benefit questions.
- Assist with reconciling benefit information, invoices, and employee records.
- Review payroll information for accuracy prior to processing, including employee hours, time records, pay changes, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
- Identify payroll or employee-record discrepancies and coordinate corrections as needed.
- Assist employees and supervisors with routine payroll and timekeeping questions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, payroll, compensation, benefits, and other sensitive company information.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Assist with special projects and other HR-related duties as assigned.

- Ability to problem-solve, identify discrepancies, and follow through on necessary corrections.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered.
- 1–3 years of administrative, payroll, Human Resources, or related experience preferred.
- Previous experience working with payroll, benefits, HRIS, or timekeeping systems is a plus.
Your Production Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Salaried, Exempt Position

The successful Human Resources Coordinator will be someone the HR team can rely on to keep important processes moving and information accurate. They will take ownership of their responsibilities, follow through on details, recognize when something does not look right, and ask questions when needed.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys supporting employees, works well as part of a team, and can move between routine responsibilities and unexpected priorities without losing attention to detail.
