Summary:
In the role of Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and market dynamics. This includes examining customer behavior, financial trends, operational metrics, and competitive landscapes. The role requires synthesizing complex information to generate meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align data-driven approaches with organizational goals is a key aspect, alongside continuously refining analytical models to enhance accuracy and relevance in a dynamic business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of analytical frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies to meet evolving business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Strong capability in data integration, transformation, and management to support scalable analytics solutions.
- Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and platforms to coordinate efforts across distributed teams.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to data analytics infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
