Fitness Desk Attendant | Evenings & Weekends
Outdoor Concierge | Mornings, Evenings & Weekends
The Fitness Desk Attendant will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members and guests, while maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the fitness center.
During the months of May-September, the Fitness Desk Attendant will share responsibilities with Outdoor Concierge. The Outdoor Concierge will check in members and guests going to the outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The two jobs are similar and therefore, employees will be scheduled for both positions at various days and times.
Students - We offer flexible schedules during the school year!
Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting members and guests
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering their questions
- Checking members into the system
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments and making reservations
- Using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintaining beverage station and towel station
- Maintaining laundry
- Assisting in cleaning the fitness center, locker rooms, and equipment
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal
Physical Demands
- Continual standing, walking, and bending down during shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
