Sales Closer

Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our growing Irvine team. We’re looking for confident sales professionals who excel in phone-based conversations, know how to handle objections, and consistently close deals.

In this role, you’ll work exclusively with 100% inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. There is no cold calling required — you’ll be provided with qualified opportunities, proven solutions, and the training and support needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief services
• Understand client situations and identify the best solutions for their needs
• Present available options clearly and confidently
• Establish trust and guide clients through the sales process
• Handle objections and confidently close sales
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls
• Motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset

Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday shift per month
