Payroll Administrator

impacts employee satisfaction. What you’ll be doing:

• Administer and process payroll for a large employee base (1,500+). • Check payroll and leave inputs for accuracy, compiling and reviewing variances. • Oversee payroll clerks and guide business units on payroll processes and forms. • Validate final pay-outs, dismissals, and resignations. • Resolve second-line payroll queries promptly and professionally. • Ensure smooth month-end payroll processes, including reconciliations and reporting. • Maintain payroll filing, manage payslip distribution, and liaise with 3rd party vendors. • Participate in SSC projects and recommend process improvements. • Ensure compliance with BCEA, UIF, SDL, PAYE, and internal policies.

What you bring:

• Payroll or finance qualification (advantageous). • Minimum 8 years’ payroll experience, preferably in high-volume environments. • Hands-on experience with JDE and Educos Payroll Systems. • Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Solid understanding of payroll principles, clerical procedures, HR administration, and

Salary: Basic of R35k – R40k PM with additional benefits, like medical aid, pension fund and
