Job Description Summary
The Housekeeping Coordinator is an important role to the hotel success. This role that requires great organization skills and flexibility to work with hotel management for overall success. Will be required to work mornings, evening, weekends, and holidays.Job Description
Assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Assist will payroll maintenance for additional rooms cleaned
• Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests and clients
• Inspect all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest suites, equipment, linens, and public
• Partner with the Manager to inventory and maintain par levels for linen and room supplies
• Monitor commercial laundry supplies and equipment to ensure they are sufficient and in working order
• Manage procedures of lost and found items.Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other shifts and departmental management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws regarding health and safety services.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist with training of employees and ensuring that they have the tools and equipment needed to effectively
carry out their respective job duties.
May perform all housekeeping duties necessary including cleaning guest suites and hotel public space to ensure
• Assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.

Pay Range
$27 -$28 an hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills, and job specific experience/overall experience.
