Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accountability across various cloud environments. Additionally, the position requires continuous efforts to identify opportunities for cost optimization, balancing performance and expenditure while supporting multiple cloud platforms. This dynamic role demands coordination across teams to maintain smooth cloud operations and support organizational objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve cloud resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and management to ensure alignment on cloud strategies.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Experience with cloud capacity planning and resource management within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Knowledge of billing processes and cost management techniques in cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze cloud usage data to identify trends and recommend optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud governance and compliance standards relevant to infrastructure as a service.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges in multi-cloud settings.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
