About Tarento:
Tarento is a fast-growing technology consulting company headquartered in Stockholm, with a strong presence in India and clients across the globe. We specialize in digital transformation, product engineering, and enterprise solutions, working across diverse industries including retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. Our teams combine Nordic values with Indian expertise to deliver innovative, scalable, and high-impact solutions.
We're proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work, a testament to our inclusive culture, strong leadership, and commitment to employee well-being and growth. At Tarento, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment where ideas are valued, learning is continuous, and careers are built on passion and purpose.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter who loves tech, understands engineers, and enjoys building teams that actually ship things. If you come from a tech background (or think like one) and want to move fast, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles (engineering, data, cloud, SAP, and niche skills)
- Partner closely with founders, leaders, and tech teams to understand real hiring needs
- Proactively source and engage strong tech talent (not just wait for resumes)
- Screen candidates with a solid understanding of tech stacks and roles
- Drive a smooth, high-quality candidate experience from first call to offer
- Keep hiring data clean and insights sharp using ATS and dashboards
What we’re looking for
- 4-5 years of experience in technical hiring
- Tech background preferred (Engineering / IT / Computer Science or similar exposure)
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and hiring challenges
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment
- Clear communicator with a proactive, ownership mindset
Why Tarento
Work on meaningful, high-impact tech hiring, not volume for the sake of it
Direct exposure to leadership and business decisions
Freedom to experiment, improve processes, and make hiring better
A team that values speed, clarity, and accountability
