Description
Reports to: Regional Manager BG RO HU & CZ
Purpose of the Role: Support the smooth handling of customer orders and daily commercial operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and a high level of customer service.
Opportunity- Process customer orders, direct deliveries, and internal stock movements in company systems
- Coordinate daily transport activities and communicate with carriers, customs brokers, customers, and suppliers
- Provide day-to-day support to Sales Managers, including the preparation of quotations and customer offers
- Monitor credit status, payment terms, customer claims, and credit note issuance
- Maintain customer and company master data and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Manage order fulfillment from order entry through delivery, ensuring timely execution and a high level of customer service
- Prepare and check export, transport, and logistics documentation
- Support the monitoring of warehouse transactions, stock reconciliations, and repackaging activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar role
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint, pivot, outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan and effectively manage daily operational tasks
