Our clients keep asking about AI, and we have a list of internal improvements that never get done because nobody has the time or the skills. That's where you come in.

What you'll do

• Automate the business: sit with our helpdesk and Professional Services teams, find their most frustrating repetitive tasks and build the fix, whether that's PowerShell, Power Automate, an AI tool or nothing at all.

• Help clients adopt AI safely: build and run an AI readiness assessment before clients switch on Copilot, spend time with their end users, department leads and directors, and deliver practical automation.

• Stay hands-on: be the 3rd line escalation point for Microsoft 365, Intune, tenant management, security and compliance, and complex 3rd line tickets, plus occasional projects.

What you'll bring

• 3rd line experience across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online.

• Automation you've built and run yourself, such as PowerShell, Power Automate or Microsoft Graph.

• Practical knowledge of Copilot and other AI tools, and what needs to be in place before a business adopts them.

• Curiosity, ownership and the confidence to explain technical ideas to non-technical people.

• A full UK driving licence, and you live within about an hour of Wollaston.

• A bonus: experience of working within ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or a similarly controlled environment.
