  • Perform work measurement and time studies to establish accurate labor standards.
  • Create and maintain robotic programs for automated manufacturing processes.
  • Partner with Safety and Environmental teams to ensure processes meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals.
  • Take ownership of business results and personal wellness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

What You Bring

  • B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and hands‑on technical skills
  • Experience with sheet metal, welding, assembly, ergonomics, and CI/Lean principles
  • Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear
  • Occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
