Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a dynamic and positive team. This role is a key position within our Commercial Department, which consists of 30-40 dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in A-Z servicing, mentorship experience, and a proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts. Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50-60 small to mid-market accounts, including industries such as construction, real estate, hospitality, and professional services (e.g., banks, legal, architects).
• Handle accounts with revenue ranging from $5,000 to $35,000.
• Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with producers on assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Mentor and support younger producers, fostering their professional development.
• Utilize AMS360 software (transitioning to Epic in 8 months) to manage accounts efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active 2-20 license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with retail and true Account Manager experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software; familiarity with Epic is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong mentorship abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Work Environment: Must be able to work onsite.
