Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive sales and distribution strategies for consumer banking products and services.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Resolve complex customer escalations and maintain high standards of service quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize branch performance and market share.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in retail banking, branch management, or financial services distribution.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting business objectives and managing operational risk.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products, wealth management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Relevant professional certifications or tertiary education in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
