The Opportunity:

Designs and develops graphics and illustrations for use by senior and executive staff in critical, high-visibility client-facing environments. Coordinates directly with clients from concept to draft, to final. Uses visual communication skills and design best practices to meet and exceed customer requirements. Executes creative projects as part of our Digital Solutions team to support multiple agencies within the U.S. intelligence community. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience working graphic design projects or creative direction
• Experience formatting content into visually appealing layouts, data visualizations, and infographics
• Experience with visual and digital storytelling, presentations, and user-centered design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
• Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphics design competencies
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with data visualization, technical illustration, and infographic project production
• Experience following established brand management guidelines
• Experience in the IC or DoD environments
• Ability to demonstrate visual design expertise, including gathering raw data from various sources and developing comprehensive and visually engaging designs that quickly relay operational details
• Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Possession of excellent communication skills including in writing, verbally and in presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
