## Tasks
- Shape and define a product for the construction industry and interact with our world-class, fast-paced engineering team.
- Manage and lead the organization around the product.
- Inspire the team, design partners, and customers with your clear and compelling vision.
- Optimize our customer experience and make it relevant for construction workers.
- Navigate the uncharted territories of the construction industry to make sure we ship the right product at the right time.
- Define success metrics and measure product impact through data-driven insights.
## Requirements
- \[preferred\] 5+ years of experience in product development of digital products, including multiple cycles of product iteration.
- \[preferred\] experience with the construction industry.
- \[preferred\] deep technical knowledge and understanding of system architectures. LLM-based products and connected platforms.
- \[preferred\] fluent in German.
- Outstanding narrative and storytelling skills.
- Experience driving and creating product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience managing day-to-day product direction.
- Business-savvy product generalist with technical depth; experience with B2C or front-end B2B products.
- Your A-Game: top-notch product person, with a curious mind looking to learn constantly, and an empathic style that wants to teach others.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to software engineering.
