Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle, high-volume processing and data entry of accounts payable invoices and company expenses.
• Audit, code, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure maximum accuracy and internal control compliance.
• Maintain complete and organized electronic vendor files, resolving processing exceptions and billing discrepancies efficiently.
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions to track, monitor, and report on organizational liabilities and utility costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader accounting team to streamline workflows during month-end close and audit preparation.

Position Requirements

• 3-5+ years of dedicated corporate accounts payable experience.
• Proven track record handling a high volume of payables with strict attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with building Pivot Tables and executing VLOOKUP functions in Excel.
• Ability to work consistently onsite at the corporate headquarters near Chandler, AZ.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to effectively engage with vendors and internal departments.

Compensation Package Details

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $30 per hour (approximately $45,000 to $63,000 annually).
