Overview
This Inside Sales role handles all aspects of customer communication from initial quote request through purchase order processing. Key responsibilities include receiving customer RFQs, managing web portals, selecting and sizing electric/pneumatic/hydraulic actuators and controls, coordinating with engineering and purchasing teams, preparing quotations with commercial and technical details, and supporting contract handoffs. The position requires strong technical knowledge to design automation solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating across departments. Candidates must be fluent in Brazilian Portuguese with intermediate English proficiency.
